JGAS’s Flight Operation Technical Support Office provides support services for the preparation of rules
and for applications to the Civil Aviation Bureau for air transport service and aerial work service operators.
The preparation of rules for aircraft operations and the obtaining of permission for special
methods of navigation (Article 83-2 of the Civil Aeronautics Act) are difficult tasks that require
experience in meeting the strict standards required by the Civil Aeronautics Bureau.
Experts at our Flight Operation Technical Support Office provide consulting on these issues,
support for the preparation of application forms, and other services.
“RNAV operation” refers to a navigation method that allows an aircraft to operate on any desired
flight path within the coverage area of a navigation aid facility or within the limits of the capability of its own navigation equipment, or a combination of both. Implementation of RNAV navigation
requires the preparation of an application with required information in accordance with Article
191 of the Civil Aviation Act, followed by submission to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure,
Transport and Tourism, along with flight records and other required documents.
We provide guidance on filling out the documents and make arrangements on behalf of clients.
“RVSM operation" refers to flight with reduced vertical separation from other aircraft, based on
Article 191 of the Civil Aeronautics Act. Implementing this operation requires the preparation of
an application with required information in accordance with Article 191-3 of the Civil Aeronautics Act Regulations, followed by submission to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, along with flight
records and other required documents.
