Introduction of the Haneda Parts Center

羽田部品センターのご紹介

The Haneda Parts Center is located in the maintenance area of Haneda
Airport, Japan’s gateway to the skies.

With an area of over 600m2, the Haneda Parts Center maintains a large
inventory to support customers’ aircraft operations.

We are able to deliver by courier and by air. We can also meet the need
for same-day parts delivery.

Products handled

JGAS Aero Parts handles airplane and
helicopter parts and maintenance
equipment.
The business maintains a large inventory of products at the Haneda Parts Center,
and offers same-day shipping if products are in stock in Japan. Inventory requests are also accepted.

品質・検査体制

Quality and
Inspection System

JGAS Aero Parts performs thorough
acceptance inspections on incoming
parts before delivery to customers.
Storage environments in the parts center are controlled for temperature and other variables, with every part stored and
stocked in the storage environment
specified by its manufacturer.

配送体制

Delivery System

JGAS Aero Parts operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For urgently needed
parts, it offers same-day delivery by air
to airports, or AOG On-Hand Service
direct delivery by employees.

AOG緊急配送

AOG Emergency
Delivery

Our company operates 24 hours a day,
365 days a year. For urgently needed
parts, our employees perform delivery
directly to customers’ locations.

Same-day AOG delivery may not be
possible to locations outside the Kanto
region if airplanes or other means of
public transportation have made final
departures.

Transportation expenses and other
actual costs are separately charged for
AOG On-Hand Service.

領収検査

Acceptance
Inspection

We conduct thorough acceptance
inspections on incoming aircraft parts.
The work is performed by persons who
have completed our in-house training
and have been certified as Acceptance
Inspectors.
Even when accompanied by a quality
certificate such as a Form 8130-3, a part
cannot pass our acceptance inspection
unless its traceability from the time of
manufacture can be confirmed through
lot, batch number, and other
information.

Quality Certificate

Aircraft parts sold by our company are
always accompanied by quality
certificates such as FAA Form 8130-3 and EASA Form 1.

Significant changes in the required
quality certificates were made under
legal revisions in June 2022. We work
with overseas business partners to
comply with these changes.
